Compact transport cart for mobile professionals

The RocknRoller Multi-Cart R2RT is a collapsible equipment transporter built for DJs, technicians and creatives who move gear between venues. Its folding frame shrinks to a 26 inch by 14 inch by 6.5 inch profile that fits in an airline overhead bin, yet expands to 39 inches long when loaded. A 350 pound capacity handles speakers, cases and toolboxes without strain.

Steel frame with no-flat wheels for quiet.

The main structure uses .75 inch and 1 inch square steel tubing with a textured powder coating that resists scratches and reduces load slippage. Six inch foam-filled rear wheels and four inch front swivel casters use R-Trac tires that roll smoothly over thresholds and carpet without the maintenance of pneumatic tubes. No motor or battery means silent operation and zero power draw.

Transforms to eight configurations without extra

The patented 8-in-1 design lets you reconfigure the cart by hand to suit tall stacks, wide boxes or long cables, freeing you from carrying multiple specialised dollies. At 16 inches long, 6 inches wide and 27 inches high in its stored state, it slides into a van corner or storage closet. The basket accessory type adds containment for loose items during transit.

Questions about this item

How do I unfold the R2RT from its compact 26" x 14" x 6.5" travel size, and which step do people skip?

Release the frame locks, pull the main rails until the length clicks at 39", then lock both side braces; the step most skip is engaging the secondary brace near the rear wheels.

Which parts of the R2RT will need replacement after heavy use?

The foam-filled 6" rear tires and 4" front swivel casters wear first; the powder-coated .75" and 1" square steel frame rarely needs service.

At what load does the R2RT frame or wheels hit their limit during a long move?

The 350 lb capacity is the hard limit; exceeding it flexes the 16" x 6" deck and overloads the R-Trac tire bond.
