What this product is

This is a digital code for Red Dead Redemption 2 that delivers 245 Gold Bars for use in Red Dead Online on Xbox One. It is published by Rockstar Games and rated M for Mature. The code is redeemed through the Xbox platform and requires an active internet connection to add the currency to your account.

Who this suits and who should pass

Players who already own the base game on Xbox One and want a larger reserve of premium currency for weapons, outfits, and camp upgrades will benefit from the lower per-bar cost compared to the 150 Gold Bar package. Buyers who do not own Red Dead Redemption 2 on Xbox One cannot use this content, and anyone looking for a physical gift card or a version for PlayStation or PC should look elsewhere.

The specification that decides fit

The DRM is locked to Xbox One, so the code only works on that platform and only when the base game is installed. ESRB rating is M for Mature, reflecting the online world's content. The package contains 245 Gold Bars and was first listed by the manufacturer in 2019.
