Rode Lav-Headset Mount

The Rode Lav-Headset is a wearable mount designed for the Rode Lavalier and smartLav+ lapel microphones. It positions the microphone close to the mouth for optimal audio capture during spoken-word applications. The ergonomic headset frame is engineered from plated spring steel to maintain its shape through repeated use. Integrated cable management at the rear secures the cable and provides strain relief.

For presenters and performers needing hands-free

This mount suits speakers, broadcasters and actors who require consistent microphone positioning without a visible clip on clothing. It is not intended for users who prefer a traditional lapel attachment or who need a mounting solution for other microphone models. Buyers without a compatible Rode Lavalier or smartLav+ microphone cannot use this accessory.

Three sizes for Junior.

The Lav-Headset is available in three distinct sizes to accommodate different head circumferences comfortably. The Junior size fits ages up to 13, while Medium covers teen to adult and Large fits larger adults. Selecting the correct size ensures the spring-steel frame holds its shape securely without excessive pressure. An incorrect size will compromise stability and wearing comfort.
