Purpose-Built Connection
The SC19 is a dedicated USB-C to Lightning cable made for MFi-certified USB-C microphones such as the VideoMic NTG. It provides a direct link to iOS devices that still use a Lightning port.
Interface Constraints
The cable carries audio data only and will not charge or sync the connected iOS device. Its USB-C end plugs into the microphone while the Lightning end fits the mobile device, so it cannot be used with USB-C phones or tablets.
Length and Reach
At 1.5 metres or 59.1 inches, the cable gives enough slack for handheld or stand-mounted recording setups. The fixed length cannot be extended, so users needing more distance would require a different solution.
