Dual-Layer Protection for Moto G5 Plus

The Rome Tech holster case wraps the Moto G5 Plus in a soft TPU inner layer and a hard polycarbonate outer shell. A raised beveled edge guards the screen and camera lens from direct contact with surfaces. The combination delivers drop protection while keeping the profile slim enough for daily carry.

Upgrade from basic sleeves or single-shell covers

A single-layer sleeve lacks the rigid frame that absorbs impact before it reaches the phone. The dual-layer build adds that frame plus a textured TPU surface that resists slipping from the hand. The jump is worth it when the phone regularly rides on a belt or faces rough handling.

Suits users who want belt carry

The 180-degree rotating clip secures the phone on a belt or waistband at multiple angles. A foldable kickstand with a finger loop props the device for video calls or media playback. A built-in magnetic plate works with compatible car mounts. Buyers who prefer a minimalist snap-on case without a clip or stand should look at something else.

Questions about this item

How much rotation does the belt clip allow for this Moto G5 Plus case?

The belt clip rotates 180 degrees so you can position the holster vertically or horizontally on your belt.

Does the case need to be removed before placing the phone on a magnetic car mount?

No, a built-in magnetic plate on the outer polycarbonate layer lets the phone attach directly to a magnetic mount while the case stays on.

Which layer of this dual-layer case should be checked first for wear over time?

The inner soft TPU layer with its textured grip pattern will show stretching or smoothing before the hard polycarbonate shell.
