Questions about this item

How do I attach the 7-position adjustable arms, and what step do people often miss?

Bolt the arm brackets to the seat underside using the supplied hardware, then snap the arm pads onto the 7-position tracks; the step most people miss is tightening the track lock screws after setting the height so the arms do not slide down under weight.

Which part of this chair will need replacement first under daily use?

The gas-lift cylinder typically wears before the frame; if the seat no longer holds height or sinks slowly, replace the cylinder — the 5-star base and high-density foam are rated for longer service.

What limit appears first during an 8-hour shift in this chair?

The 3.5" high-density foam cushion compresses over a full day, reducing thigh support before the 7-position arms, 360-degree swivel or 25" base reach their limits.
