Desk & Chair Set for Office Use

The Romig 105 set supplies a task chair built for long shifts in call centres, front offices or home workspaces. Its extra-wide seat and high-density foam cushioning spread weight evenly to reduce pressure points. The sturdy five-star wheeled base and 360-degree swivel let you move between tasks without strain. This combination suits anyone who sits for hours and needs consistent support.

Adjustable Ergonomics and Stable Base

Seat height, back depth and arm height all adjust independently so each user can find a neutral posture. The 7-position arms lock at 3.5-inch intervals while the gas-lift mechanism raises or lowers the seat smoothly. A 25-inch diameter base keeps the chair stable on carpet or hard flooring. These mechanical controls operate without noise or external power.

Durable Fabric and Warranty Coverage

Stain-resistant polyester upholstery is rated for 150 double-rubs, maintaining appearance under heavy daily use. The fully upholstered back measures 19 inches wide by 17 inches high, matching the 25.5-inch overall width. Romig backs the frame and base with a 5-year limited warranty and the mechanisms and upholstery with a 2-year limited warranty. The chair meets or exceeds BIFMA safety and durability standards.

Questions about this item

How do I set the 7-position adjustable arms to the right height for my desk?

Raise or lower each arm until the padded top sits just below your elbow when your shoulders are relaxed; the seven detents click into place so you can match the 25.5" overall width to your workstation.

Which parts of the chair will need attention after heavy daily use?

The gas-lift cylinder, casters and the 150,000 double-rub polyester fabric are the items most likely to require service or replacement over time.

At what point does the seat foam stop springing back during a long shift?

The 3.5" high-density foam cushion is rated to maintain support through extended sessions, with the 150,000 double-rub fabric durability as the limiting factor for long-term appearance.
