Portable thermal receipt printer

The Rongta F11A is a Bluetooth and USB thermal receipt printer that produces 203 DPI output on 8.5 inch wide paper at up to 7 pages per minute. It targets mobile professionals, students and home-office users who need inkless printing from phones, tablets or laptops without carrying full-size equipment.

Sustained printing behaviour

Thermal technology keeps noise below 60 dB during continuous runs, making the unit suitable for quiet environments such as libraries or meeting rooms. The printer draws power over USB so there is no separate charger to manage during long sessions, and the lack of consumable ink eliminates mid-job supply changes.

Build and daily connectivity

Weighing 0.43 kg and measuring 26.0 by 3.0 by 5.8 inches, the device fits in a bag but requires a flat surface for the 8.5 x 11 inch media. A single USB cable handles both data and charging, while Bluetooth pairing is managed through the companion app on Android, iOS, Windows 7-11 or macOS. Buyers who need automatic cutting or roll-fed media will need a different model.

Questions about this item

How loud is the Rongta F11A when it runs continuously all day?

The printer operates at noise levels under 60 dB, which keeps it quiet enough for libraries, meeting rooms or home offices during extended use.

What must I already own to start printing with the F11A?

You need a Bluetooth-enabled smartphone, tablet or laptop running Android, iOS, Windows 7-11 or macOS, plus the free RONGTA app for mobile or a USB cable for laptop connection.

Will the F11A work alongside an older USB-only receipt printer I keep for backup?

Yes, the F11A connects via Bluetooth or USB independently, so it can sit beside a legacy USB printer without driver conflicts or shared ports.
