Pocket-Sized Thermal Label Printer

The Rongta R5 is a portable Bluetooth label printer that produces 14x40 mm thermal labels at 203 dpi. It weighs 180 grams and measures 25 in, fitting easily into a pocket or bag. The inkless direct thermal technology prints black and white only, making it suited for home, office, school or small-business organisation.

Wireless Operation With Built-In Battery

The printer connects via Bluetooth to the RLabel app on iOS or Android, so no cables are required during printing. A rechargeable battery powers extended use between charges; the supplier notes that no charging adapter is included and fast chargers should not be used. NFC detects the installed label size and enables auto rewind, freeing the user from manual calibration.

Replaces Handwritten Or Desktop Labels

This device upgrades from manual labelling or bulky desktop units when mobility and zero consumable ink are priorities. The 14x40 mm format limits it to short text, simple barcodes or small icons, so it is not for buyers who need wider shipping labels or full-colour output. The jump is worth it when on-the-spot, inkless printing outweighs the fixed label size.
