Product and Audience

The Rongta RP425 is a direct thermal label printer built for 4x6 inch shipping labels and smaller barcode formats. It suits online sellers, small warehouses and mobile workers who need wireless printing from a phone or tablet. Bluetooth connectivity removes the need for a tethered PC in many workflows.

Build and Connectors

The unit weighs 0.65 kilograms and measures 10.2 x 7.4 x 5.3 inches, fitting on a crowded desk or inside a drawer. A USB port provides a wired fallback when Bluetooth is not practical. The rewinder cutter handles roll media automatically, while the printer accepts label widths from 0.98 to 4.37 inches for 4x6, 2x2, 2x1 and 1x1 inch formats.

Compatibility Check

Verify that your device runs iOS, Android, Windows 7 or newer, Mac OS 10.11 or newer, or Chrome OS before ordering. The RLabel app must be installed for mobile use, and Windows or Mac drivers are downloaded from the manufacturer site. Direct thermal labels are required; ribbons and ink cartridges are not used.
