The Rosewill RHAP-16001B is a 4.0-litre electric boiler and warmer designed for kitchens or workspaces that need hot water on demand. It delivers three preset temperatures — 208 °F for tea, 195 °F for coffee, and 175 °F for milk powder — plus a 140 °F keep-warm setting. Micro-computer control manages the bottom heater for consistent results. The open-box unit includes a stainless steel inner pot and outer shell.

4.0-litre capacity with dual dispensing

The 4.0 L reservoir supplies enough hot water for multiple cups of tea, instant cereal or noodles before a refill is needed. Two pump speeds are selectable: a blue-light mode for small-volume, slow dispensing and a red-light mode for large-volume, fast dispensing. An automatic re-boil function restores the target temperature after draw-off, while a built-in clean cycle reduces scale buildup. Dry-boil protection shuts the heater down if the pot runs empty.

700-watt heating limits and manual refill

At 700 W the boiler brings a full tank to temperature in minutes, but recovery time increases with consecutive large draws. The appliance has no plumbed inlet, so every refill must be poured manually. It operates on standard household voltage and offers no temperature settings beyond the three presets and keep-warm mode.
