12.7 QT multi-cooker for large households

The Rosewill RHMC-25001MO is a 12.7 QT electric hot pot that combines a stock pot, slow cooker, steamer, steriliser, baker and food warmer in one appliance. It runs on 120 V at 60 Hz and delivers up to 1600 W through a mechanical switch with LED indication. The split design provides a 6.3 QT lower pot and a 6.4 QT SUS steam basket for simultaneous cooking.

Suits families serving up to twelve people

The 35 % larger searing surface compared with 8 QT units lets you brown ingredients quickly for big batches. Three power steps at 400 W, 1200 W and 1600 W cover gentle warming through to rapid boiling. Buyers who need a compact unit for a small worktop or a single-person kitchen should look at something else.

12 L total capacity with oven-safe pot

The non-stick, PFAS-free cooking pot is dishwasher safe and oven safe to 430 °F, giving headroom for finishing dishes under dry heat. The 11.8 inch wide pot handles a 12 L volume comfortably for soups, stews and baby food. It runs out of space when a recipe calls for more than 12 litres of liquid or oversized cuts that exceed the 13.04 inch height.

Questions about this item

Does this cooker need a standard 120 V kitchen outlet to run?

Yes, it requires a 120 V, 60 Hz supply and draws up to 1600 W, so a regular North American outlet is sufficient.

Can the removable pot be used inside a conventional oven after browning on the base?

The pot is oven safe to 430 °F, letting you finish dishes in the oven after searing on the cooker.

How do I confirm the unit is heating correctly once assembled?

The LED display lights up and the mechanical switch clicks into Low, Med or High; the corresponding 400 W, 1200 W or 1600 W setting then begins heating.
