Avant Guarde Sneeze Guard

The Rosseto Serving Solutions AG008 is a transparent acrylic barrier designed for food service environments. It helps operators meet health guidelines while keeping the guest experience open and visible.

Installation and common issues

The unit sits on a counter or serving line without permanent mounting, so setup is immediate. The acrylic surface can scratch if wiped with abrasive cloths, so a soft microfibre and mild cleaner are recommended.

Suitable settings and limits

This shield suits buffets, cafés and reception desks that need a 24 by 28 inch clear divider. Operations requiring a taller screen, a wider span or a hinged pass-through panel should consider a different configuration.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the 24x28 acrylic sneeze guard is stable after placing it on the counter?

After setup, press gently on the top edge; the transparent acrylic panel should not wobble or shift on its 8 mm feet, and the clear barrier should sit flush along the full 24 by 28 inch surface.

What comes with the AG008 sneeze guard and what must I purchase separately?

The box contains the single acrylic panel with integrated feet; no mounting hardware, cleaning solution or additional side panels are included, so buy those separately if your counter layout requires them.

Which capacity of the Avant Guarde line should I choose for a standard buffet station?

The 24 by 28 inch model covers a typical single-service opening; select a larger guard only if your serving line exceeds that width or depth.
