Avant Guarde Acrylic Sneeze Guard

The Rosseto Serving Solutions Avant Guarde is a transparent acrylic barrier designed for food service environments. It helps operators meet current health guidelines by creating a physical shield between staff and customers. The modern design aims to be less intrusive to the guest experience while maintaining safety standards in dining or buffet settings.

Dimensions and coverage

The guard measures 24 by 40 inches, providing a broad protective surface for counters or serving lines. The 15-inch height offers a vertical barrier that covers typical face-to-face interaction zones. This sizing suits standard service windows but may not fully enclose wider or taller openings without additional panels.

Transparent acrylic construction

The clear acrylic material maintains sightlines so communication and product visibility remain unaffected. Acrylic is lighter than glass and resists shattering, making it practical for busy commercial kitchens. Buyers needing an opaque divider or a permanently mounted fixed screen should look elsewhere.
