3.5 Inch Egg Rings Two Pack

This set includes two round stainless steel egg rings measuring 3.5 inches across. They are designed for shaping fried eggs, mini pancakes, hamburger patties and similar foods. The rings are BPA free and dishwasher safe. A silicone oil brush is included for greasing the moulds before cooking.

Flat Top Pan And Preheat Required

The supplier notes that a flat top pan is essential for proper use. Before adding an egg, the insides and base of each ring must be greased and then preheated with oil for 12 seconds. Without a flat surface and this preheat step, batter or egg white can leak underneath the ring.

Silicone Brush And Fold Down Handle

The bundled silicone brush lets you apply oil evenly inside the rings without scratching the steel. Each ring has a fold down handle that stays cooler during cooking and stores compactly. These accessories support the non stick routine but do not replace the need for thorough greasing and the 12 second preheat.

Questions about this item

Does the set include the oil brush or must it be purchased separately?

The set includes two 3.5 inch stainless steel egg rings and a silicone oil brush; no separate purchase is needed.

Why choose the 3.5 inch size over a smaller ring?

The 3.5 inch diameter fits English muffins and bagels and gives space for mini pancakes, hamburger patties or omelets.

What does the 12 second pre-heat step actually do?

Heating the oiled ring for 12 seconds creates a non-stick surface so the egg releases cleanly after about 3 minutes of cooking.
