Rubbermaid 9S1500YW "Closed for Cleaning" Safety Sign 49-1/2" Yellow

Rubbermaid "Closed for Cleaning" Sign

The Rubbermaid 9S1500YW is a yellow safety sign that reads "Closed for Cleaning" in English. It combines a soft, pliable sign with a torsion-action pole that extends to 50 inches to block a doorway. The unit is sold as a single piece and is designed for quick deployment and compact storage.

Facilities teams needing a fast doorway barrier

Cleaning crews and facility managers who need an immediate visual and physical block for wet floors will find this sign effective. Sites that require multilingual warnings or a permanently mounted barrier should look at other solutions because this model provides English text only and relies on tension mounting.

Pole extends to 50 inches to span doorways

The torsion-action pole extends to 50 inches, letting the sign span standard door openings without extra hardware. The 49-1/2 inch sign height ensures the message is clearly visible at eye level.

49 1/2 inch height for clear visibility

The sign stands 49-1/2 inches tall, placing the "Closed for Cleaning" message at eye level for most adults. This height helps prevent slip-and-fall injuries by providing a clear warning before entering a wet area.
