Commercial Kitchen Scraper Spoon

This 13 1/2 inch Rubbermaid Commercial scraper spoon is built for professional kitchens that need a single tool for scraping and serving. The red blade and white handle resist staining so the utensil stays presentable during service. It is sold as one each.

Sustained High Heat Performance

The spoon tolerates continuous temperatures up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit or 260 degrees Celsius without softening. A cool-touch handle protects the user during prolonged contact with hot pans or steam tables. Commercial dishwasher cycles do not degrade the material.

Non Scratch Surface Compatibility

The blade will not scratch grills, non stick cookware or other delicate surfaces. This constraint makes it suitable for use on coated equipment where metal utensils would cause damage. Buyers who need a rigid turner for heavy loads or a slotted spoon for draining should select a different tool.

Questions about this item

Does the 13 1/2 inch scraper spoon stay cool enough to handle during all-day service on a 500 °F grill?

The cool-touch handle is designed for employee comfort and safety during continuous high-heat use up to 500 °F.

What cookware or surfaces must I already have for this utensil to work properly?

It works on any grill, pan or cookware surface because the blade will not scratch and is safe for all common materials.

Will the red blade stain or degrade when used alongside my older stainless-steel pots?

The stain-resistant blade stays white and the spoon is commercial dishwasher-safe, so it cleans easily alongside existing stainless items.
