13 1/2-Inch High Heat Scraper Spoon

This scraper spoon combines a sturdy blade with a cool-touch handle for commercial kitchen use. It withstands temperatures up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit or 260 degrees Celsius. The stain-resistant blade stays white for clean presentation. The utensil is safe for commercial dishwashers.

Sustained High Heat Performance

The scraper spoon tolerates continuous exposure to 500 degrees Fahrenheit without melting or warping. The cool-touch handle remains comfortable during extended cooking sessions. The blade resists staining even after repeated high temperature use. Commercial dishwasher cycles do not degrade the material.

Upgrade From Standard Scrapers

This tool replaces standard scrapers that cannot handle high heat or that stain easily. The jump is worth it when cookware must stay scratch-free during heavy use. It also suits kitchens needing dishwasher safe utensils that maintain a white blade. Buyers needing longer reach beyond 13 1/2 inches should look elsewhere.
