7 gal Rectangular Wastebasket

The Rubbermaid FG295600 is a 7 gal rectangular wastebasket made from LLDPE plastic in a gray finish. It measures 15 in tall with a width and depth of 14 1/2 in each. The open-top, free-standing design suits indoor stationary use in offices, workshops or homes.

Sustained load behavior

The LLDPE construction resists cracking and denting when the basket is filled to its 7 gal capacity over time. Smooth interior surfaces prevent waste from snagging and allow easy emptying without liner tears. The rigid sidewalls keep their shape under continuous daily use.

Setup check

Confirm the 14 1/2 in by 14 1/2 in footprint fits the intended floor space before ordering. Verify that an open-top container meets local waste-separation rules for the location. Ensure the 15 in height clears any low shelves or mounted dispensers above the placement spot.
