Blue 8.75 gal cleaning bucket

The Rubbermaid FG758888BLUE WaveBrake bucket is built for commercial janitorial teams and facility managers who need a single mop-and-wringer station that reduces splashing during transport. Its oval polypropylene shell and steel handle are sized for 10 to 32 oz mops and roll on 3 in non-marking casters.

Side-press wringer and colour-coded system

The hand-operated side-press wringer sits inside the same blue polypropylene body, so the operator never lifts a separate wringer bucket. A built-in colour-coding system lets cleaning crews assign this unit to a specific zone or task without extra labels.

36 in height and 23 59/64 in length footprint

At 36 in tall and 23 59/64 in long the bucket demands a wide aisle and storage shelf; narrow hallways or low shelves will not accommodate it. The fixed 3 in casters cannot be swapped for larger wheels, so rough thresholds or carpeted ramps remain a handling constraint.

Questions about this item

When will the side-press wringer mechanism need replacement on the FG758888BLUE?

The hand-operated side-press wringer is moulded from polypropylene and has no service interval; replace only if the press lever cracks or the internal spring loses tension.

What limits continuous use of the 8.75 gal bucket before the water must be changed?

The bucket holds 8.75 gal and accepts mops from 10 to 32 oz; once the solution reaches the 19 19/32 in diameter fill line it is full and must be emptied.

How much noise and heat does the FG758888BLUE generate during all-day cleaning?

The unit has no motor or powered parts, so it produces no measurable noise or heat; only the quiet roll of the 3 in non-marking casters on hard floors.
