Questions about this item

How do I attach the snap-on air-tight lid without it popping off during transport?

Align the lid tabs with the bucket rim and press firmly until each corner clicks; the polypropylene body flexes slightly so all four corners must engage before the lid seals.

When will the 3-inch non-marking casters need replacement?

Replace casters when wheels develop flat spots, bearings grind, or the swivel locks up — typically after heavy daily use on rough floors.

At what point does the down-press wringer lose wringing force during a long shift?

The hand-operated mechanism maintains pressure until the spring fatigues or the pivot bolts loosen; inspect the spring and tighten bolts when mop heads come out wetter than usual.
