RUCKUS WIRELESS ICX745024 24-port network switch

Enterprise stackable switch

The RUCKUS WIRELESS ICX745024 is a 24-port Layer 3 switch designed for enterprise Gigabit Ethernet access deployments. It targets network administrators who need a stackable solution that combines chassis-level reliability with flexible, pay-as-you-grow scalability for mid-market environments.

Sustained stacking performance

Under continuous operation the switch supports stacking of up to 12 units, providing an aggregate of 576 1 GbE ports and 48 10 GbE ports per stack. This architecture maintains consistent throughput across the entire stack without relying on single-chassis bottlenecks, allowing the fabric to scale linearly as ports are added.

Build and uplink flexibility

The platform introduces 40 GbE uplink capability to the stackable mid-market class, enabling dramatic capacity increases over existing optical fibre infrastructure. Its stackable form factor reduces physical footprint compared to traditional chassis deployments while preserving high-availability features such as hitless failover and unified management across all 12 members.
