What this product is

The RUIZU X55 is a 64 GB USB MP3 player with Bluetooth 5.3, a 0.96-inch HD LCD screen and a built-in clip. It plays music for up to 20 hours, records voice for 22 hours and charges in two hours. The zinc-alloy frame weighs roughly 36 g and measures 3.31 x 0.98 x 0.63 inches. It also works as a USB flash drive and includes wired headphones, a USB adapter cable and a gift box.

Before you order

Your phone must support OTG to transfer files directly; use an OTG cable or adapter and move files in batches under 1 GB for best results. Bluetooth pairs with wireless headphones or speakers only — it cannot connect to computers, cars or smartphones. The 3.5 mm AUX port is available for wired car audio but an AUX cable is not supplied. The USB plug lets you play music through a car’s USB port without extra cables.

Who this suits

Runners, hikers and gym-goers who want a lightweight, clip-on player with long battery life and simple file transfer from a phone or PC. Commuters who need both AUX and USB car connections will find it convenient. Buyers who want more storage, a larger colour touchscreen, smartphone-grade Bluetooth pairing or app-based music streaming should look at something else.
