A 75 mm bore aluminum shaft collar with a 19 mm width and quick-clamp lever for tool-free locking
The Ruland MQCL-75-A is a 1-piece quick-clamp collar with a 75 mm round bore. It suits engineers and maintenance teams who need fast, tool-free positioning on metric shafts. The aluminium body keeps the assembly light while the stainless-steel screw provides secure clamping force.
Machined from 6061 grade aluminium, the collar measures 120 mm outside diameter and 19 mm wide. A centre-to-lever-top distance of 60 mm gives ample hand room for quick adjustments without interfering with adjacent components. The single-piece design eliminates loose hardware during frequent repositioning.
This collar upgrades from traditional set-screw types that mar shaft surfaces and require tools. The jump is worth it when shafts must be repositioned repeatedly or when surface finish must stay intact. Not suited for applications needing keyway location or threaded bore mounting.

The 75 mm round bore fits a 75 mm shaft, while the 120 mm outside diameter sets the radial space the collar occupies on the shaft.
The collar fits a 75 mm round shaft and needs 120 mm of radial clearance for the clamp body.
Tighten the stainless steel screw to close the 1-piece 6061 aluminum clamp evenly around the 75 mm shaft; the common mistake is uneven torque that leaves a gap.
