Two-piece shaft collar for 1-1/16 in shafts

The Ruland Manufacturing SP-17-A is a 2-piece clamp-style collar machined from 2024 aluminium. It fits round bores of 1-1/16 in and uses alloy-steel screws to secure components on inch-system shafts in power-transmission assemblies.

Capacity and headroom

The collar provides a 1 7/8 in outside diameter and a 2.14 in clearance diameter with a 1/2 in width, giving adequate clamping surface for moderate radial and axial loads. It is not suited for applications that demand higher torque capacity or wider bearing surfaces than these dimensions allow.

Bundled accessories and software
