8-in-1 VA Display Smart Scale

The runstar FG2016 is a floor scale that shows eight metrics on a large VA screen. It measures weight, BMI, body fat, muscle mass, heart rate, body type, motivational icons and recent trends. The device supports a 400 lb capacity and delivers readings to 0.1 lb or 0.05 kg. It runs on zinc-carbon batteries and weighs 1.8 kg.

Suits Adults Tracking 22 Metrics

This scale suits adults who want 22 body composition indicators including visceral fat and muscle mass. Data syncs to the Starfit app and can be shared to Apple Health, Fitbit and Health Connect. Buyers who need a scale without app connectivity or who prefer a simpler weight-only display should look at something else.

Fits Standard Bathroom Spaces

The platform measures 28 cm by 28 cm with a 2.8 cm profile, so it sits flat on most bathroom floors. Auto shut-off conserves the zinc-carbon power source between uses. High-precision sensors are rated for 100000 test cycles, freeing you from frequent recalibration concerns.

Questions about this item

What smartphone operating system and app are needed to view the 22 body-composition metrics on the runstar FG2016?

The scale syncs with the Starfit app via Bluetooth; the app runs on iOS and Android and can share data to Apple Health, Fitbit and Health Connect.

Can the runstar FG2016 recognise different household members who have been using an older non-smart scale?

Yes — its upgraded electrodes auto-identify and match up to eight user profiles, so each person sees their own 22 metrics without manual switching.

How do I confirm the runstar FG2016 is measuring within its stated precision after I set it up?

Step on the scale; the VA display should show weight stable to 0.1 lb / 0.05 kg and a connected Bluetooth icon confirming the app link.
