Powering 12 V gear from USB-C PD

This cable draws up to 65 W from a USB-C Power Delivery source and negotiates a 12 V output through an integrated IC chip. It terminates in a 5.5 × 2.1 mm barrel plug and includes interchangeable tips measuring 3.5 mm, 4.0 mm, 4.8 mm and 5.5 mm to fit cameras, routers, audio gear and other 12 V equipment.

Replaces bulky mains adapters for portable use

The 100 cm lead lets you run or test 12 V devices from a compact PD charger or power bank instead of a wall wart. The jump is worth it when you need mains-free operation for field recording, mobile networking or outdoor LED lighting and your source can deliver the required 12 V PDO.

Delivers up to 65 W at 12 V for compatible loads

The cable handles devices that draw within the 65 W ceiling, such as small monitors, telescope mounts or hi-fi components. It cannot supply 12 V if the connected USB-C source only offers 5 V, and it will not suit equipment that needs higher voltage or current than the negotiated PD profile provides.
