Two-Pack Waterproof Phone Pouch

The Rynapac RYRN3246-8 supplies two polyvinyl chloride pouches rated IPX8 for submersion up to 30 metres. Each pouch fits devices up to 8.5 inches, covering iPhone 14 through 17 Pro Max and Galaxy S23 through S26 Ultra. The triple-seal closure and snap lock keep out water, sand and snow during swimming, snorkelling, boating or beach days. A detachable lanyard allows hands-free carry while the screen remains fully touch responsive.

8.5-Inch Maximum Device Width

The single specification that decides fit is the 8.5-inch internal clearance. Phones wider than this — including models kept in bulky protective cases — will not seal correctly. The supplier notes that oversized cases should be removed before insertion. The pouch measures 9.0 by 4.0 by 0.6 inches externally, so the usable width is the limiting factor for compatibility.

Sustained Submersion And Touch Operation

Under continuous immersion the triple seal maintains its barrier without relying on a single snap that could fatigue. Touch sensitivity stays high for texting, browsing and underwater photography, while Face ID works through the clear front. The internal card slot holds IDs or cruise cards separate from the handset, reducing the need to open the pouch and disturb the seal during extended water activities.

Questions about this item

How deep can the IPX8 rating actually take this pouch?

The IPX8 certification means it is safely submersible down to 30 meters, so swimming, snorkelling or kayaking will not let water inside.

What does the 8.5‑inch limit mean for my phone and its case?

It fits devices up to 8.5 inches diagonally; bulky protective cases should be removed before sealing the pouch.

Will the 9.0 by 4.0 inch dimensions fit in my swim shorts pocket?

The pouch measures 9.0 in x 4.0 in x .6 in, so it slides into most board‑short or jacket pockets while staying slim.
