Keyless Entry for Front Door

The RZ06 smart lock fits front, back, side or corridor doors in homes, apartments, hotels, offices and rental properties. It provides five ways to unlock: app, fobs, passwords, physical key and interior thumb turn. The satin nickel finish suits residential and light-commercial installations.

Auto-Lock Range and Gateway Dependency

Automatic locking can be set from 1 to 900 seconds, and a one-touch lock button is available on the keypad. Remote access, real-time logs, Alexa and Google Assistant integration require the Veise G2 gateway, which is sold separately. Without the gateway the lock operates only within Bluetooth range of the phone.

Replaces Traditional Deadbolt with Code Management

This unit replaces a standard keyed deadbolt and adds capacity for 250 passwords including permanent, timed, one-time and recurring codes. The upgrade is worthwhile when you need to issue temporary codes for guests or service visits and want automatic locking without carrying keys. It does not suit doors that lack a standard deadbolt cut-out or buyers who need biometric entry.

Questions about this item

Should I rely on the 250 stored passwords or add the Veise G2 gateway for remote codes?

The lock stores 250 passwords locally for keypad entry; adding the optional G2 gateway enables remote generation and real-time logs from the app.

What does the 900-second auto-lock setting actually do day to day?

It automatically throws the deadbolt 1 to 900 seconds after the door closes, so the door secures itself if you forget to lock it.

How does the built-in Wi-Fi connect to Alexa or Google Assistant?

The lock's Wi-Fi links to the Veise G2 gateway, which then bridges the lock to Alexa and Google Assistant for voice control.
