Modern Runner for Living Spaces

The Safavieh Ashler X37-36 is a machine-made area rug designed in a runner shape measuring 3' x 5'. It features a beige and off-white colourway constructed from 100 percent polyester with a 2.8-inch pile height. The modern style suits hallways, bedrooms, or living areas seeking a soft, decorative floor covering.

Suits Cosy Floors Not Heavy Traffic

This runner suits households wanting a plush, faux sheepskin texture underfoot with a non-slip suede backing for stability on hard floors. It is not for buyers who need a rug rated for high-traffic commercial use or outdoor exposure, nor for those requiring a flat-weave profile for door clearance.

2.8-Inch Pile Defines the Feel

The single specification that decides fit is the 2.8-inch pile height, which delivers the extra-thick, fluffy hand-feel described in the highlights. At 0.77 pounds the rug is light enough to shake out or machine wash on a medium tumble cycle, then fluff by hand to restore volume.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 3' x 5' runner or one of the other 20 colors and sizes?

The 3' x 5' runner in beige/off-white suits narrow spaces such as hallways or bedside; other colors and dimensions are available if you need a different footprint.

How does the 2.8-inch pile height feel underfoot on a hard floor?

The 2.8-inch faux sheepskin pile gives a thick, cushioned layer that insulates against cold floors and adds a plush, soft step.

What does the non-slip suede backing actually grip on smooth surfaces?

The suede leather backing with reinforced stitching resists sliding on hardwood, tile or laminate, keeping the runner stable in daily use.
