Safavieh VK527 rug pad 9x12 ft Beige/Off-white 7.53 lb

Safavieh VK527 rug pad 9x12 ft

The Safavieh VK527 is a rectangular rug pad measuring 9x12 ft in a beige/off-white colour. It is designed for homeowners who want to secure area rugs on hard-surface floors while adding a layer of cushioning. The pad suits living rooms, bedrooms or dining areas where rugs tend to shift. It is not intended for buyers needing adhesion on vinyl, lacquered, acrylic, natural stone, porous, refinished, concrete or heated floors.

Thermals noise and power

As a passive floor accessory, the VK527 produces no noise and draws no power during use. Its open-grid polyvinyl chloride construction allows air to circulate beneath the rug, which helps prevent moisture build-up and keeps the floor surface at ambient temperature. The material adds insulation underfoot without generating heat. No thermal management or acoustic considerations apply to this product.

Bundled accessories and software

The package contains only the rug pad itself; no additional accessories, fasteners or software are included. The pad can be trimmed with ordinary household scissors to fit custom dimensions or irregular shapes, which adapts it to unique room layouts. This cut-to-fit capability also lets users repurpose off-cuts for futons, seat cushions, pet feeding mats or furniture leg protectors. No installation tools or digital components are supplied.
