Universal Fit for Open Cans

These silicone lids stretch to seal pet food cans with rim diameters from 2.56 inch to 4 inch, covering standard 3 ounce, 5.5 ounce and 12 ounce sizes. The soft material grips the edge tightly to lock in moisture and block fridge odours. A set of six blue covers handles multiple open tins at once. They also fit many common soup and vegetable cans within the same diameter range.

Replaces Foil and Plastic Wrap

Foil tears, plastic wrap slides off and rigid plastic lids rarely match every can size. These stretchable silicone covers conform to three common diameters in one piece, so a single pack replaces several lid types. The jump is worth it when you open multiple cans daily and want a reusable seal that survives the dishwasher, microwave and freezer without cracking or warping.

Limits of a Stretch Seal

The airtight seal relies on friction against a clean, undamaged rim; dents or heavy ridges can break contact and let air in. Silicone softens under high heat, so the cover should not touch direct flame or oven elements. The flexible material stores flat but offers no structural support for stacking heavy items on top of a covered can.

Questions about this item

What can diameters do these 6 blue silicone covers stretch to fit?

The covers stretch to fit can rims from 2.56 inch up to 4 inch, covering standard 3 oz, 5.5 oz and 12 oz pet food cans as well as many soup or vegetable cans.

How do I install a cover and what step do people often miss?

Stretch the lid over the open can rim so the silicone grips tightly; the step people miss is pressing the paw-shaped handle down to lock the airtight seal before storing.

When will these silicone covers need replacing?

They are dishwasher, microwave and freezer safe and resist cracking, melting or warping, so they only need replacing if the silicone tears or the grip on the rim loosens after long use.
