Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4" Simple Cover

This Samsung carrying case snaps directly onto the Galaxy Tab S 8.4 using integrated buttons for a secure fit. It is designed for users who want front-screen protection without adding bulk to the tablet's profile. The cover aligns with the device's premium aesthetic while shielding the display from scratches. It suits owners who prefer a minimalist, snap-on solution over a bulky folio or sleeve.

Ultraslim profile weighs 0.3 pounds

The case adds negligible mass at 0.3 pounds and maintains a depth of just 0.2 inches, preserving the tablet's thin feel in hand. Its lightweight construction prevents fatigue during extended reading or browsing sessions. No active cooling or power draw is involved, so operation stays completely silent. The premium material resists wear without trapping heat against the device chassis.

Button snap attachment protects screen daily

The cover fastens directly to the tablet's side buttons, creating a firm hold that resists accidental detachment during transport. This mechanism leaves ports and cameras fully accessible while the flap covers the 8.4 inch display. Dazzling White finish matches the tablet's accent colour for a unified look. It is not suited for users needing a keyboard, stand angles, or rear-shell impact protection.

Questions about this item

How do I snap this Simple Cover onto my Galaxy Tab S 8.4 correctly?

Align the cover's button cut-outs with the tablet's side buttons, then press firmly along each edge until the plastic clips engage with a click; the most common mistake is pressing only the centre and leaving the corners loose.

What part of this cover will wear out first and need replacement?

The snap-fit clips that grip the tablet's button recesses are the only moving parts; repeated removal stretches them until they no longer hold the cover securely.

At what point does the 0.2 in depth stop protecting the screen when the tablet is carried face-down?

The 0.2 in profile leaves the glass flush with any flat surface, so grit or a raised edge on a table will contact the screen immediately — the cover prevents scratches only while the tablet is suspended or face-up.
