Ready for 5G on AT&T

The Samsung Galaxy A14 5G model A146U arrives new in black with 64 GB of storage and 4 GB of RAM. It runs Android 13 with Samsung One UI and is powered by an Exynos 1330 processor. The phone is sold without a contract and works on the AT&T network.

6.6 inch 90 Hz display draws modest power

The PLS LCD panel measures 6.6 inches and runs at 1080 x 2408 resolution with a 90 Hz refresh rate. An ambient light sensor and proximity sensor help manage brightness automatically. Typical daily use keeps thermals and noise low because there are no moving parts.

Expandable storage frees internal space

A microSD slot lets you add more capacity beyond the built-in 64 GB so large media libraries do not crowd the phone. The bar form factor fits one-handed grip and standard pockets. The box includes a UL approved power adapter and charging cable but no headphones, SIM card or manual.

Questions about this item

How do I insert the SIM card into the A146U, and which way does the tray face?

Power off the phone, insert the ejector pin into the small hole on the SIM tray, pull the tray out, place the nano-SIM with the gold contacts facing down and the notched corner aligned, then slide the tray back in until it clicks.

What part will need replacement first on the Galaxy A14 5G, and how do I know when?

The built-in lithium-ion battery is the first component to degrade; expect shorter screen-on time and unexpected shutdowns after roughly two years of daily charging cycles.

What thermal limit appears first during extended gaming on the Exynos 1330?

The processor will throttle its clock speeds once the internal temperature reaches its safety threshold, reducing frame rates to protect the chip.
