Samsung Galaxy A15 5G Verizon prepaid

The Samsung Galaxy A15 5G is a Verizon-only prepaid smartphone with 128 GB of internal storage and 4 GB of RAM. It runs Android 14 with One UI 6 and features a 6.5 inch Super AMOLED display at 1080 x 2340 pixels. The device targets buyers who want a no-contract 5G handset on the Verizon network without paying flagship prices.

Mediatek Dimensity 6100+ sustained performance

The octa-core Mediatek Dimensity 6100+ chipset and Mali-G57 MC2 GPU handle everyday apps and moderate multitasking without thermal throttling during extended sessions. The 50 MP rear camera and 13 MP front camera maintain consistent image processing over longer captures. Buyers who need desktop-class compute or extended high-frame-rate gaming should look elsewhere.

Nano SIM setup and missing accessories

Insert the Nano SIM into the single tray and power on; Android 14 guides you through Verizon activation in minutes. The box includes only a generic charging and data cable, so you must supply your own wall adapter and headset. Buyers who expect a complete retail accessory kit will need to purchase those items separately.

Questions about this item

How much power does the Mediatek Dimensity 6100+ draw when the Galaxy A15 5G runs all day?

The 6 nm Dimensity 6100+ octa-core chip is built for efficiency, so the phone stays cool and sips battery during extended use.

What must I already own to activate this Verizon-only Galaxy A15 5G?

You need an active Verizon nano-SIM plan; the box includes only the phone and an aftermarket USB charging cable.

Will my older Verizon 4G LTE SIM work in this 5G phone?

Yes — the handset supports GSM, HSPA, LTE and 5G, so your existing Verizon nano-SIM will connect on 4G until you move to a 5G plan.
