Samsung Galaxy A51 5G 128GB Black

The Samsung Galaxy A51 5G A516U is a new, unlocked Android smartphone with 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display and 128GB internal storage. It runs Android 11 with Samsung One UI on an Exynos 980 processor paired with 6GB RAM. The quad-camera system includes a 48MP main sensor and a 32MP front camera. A 4500mAh battery powers the device.

Shoppers wanting a ready-to-use prepaid phone

This handset suits buyers who want a GSM-unlocked device with ample storage and a large high-resolution screen for everyday tasks and photography. It is not for users who require expandable storage beyond the built-in 128GB, or those who need a headphone jack and bundled accessories such as headphones or a SIM card. The package includes only a UL-approved power adapter and charging cable.

128GB internal storage capacity

The single specification that decides fit is the fixed 128GB of internal storage with no microSD slot mentioned in the data. If your apps, photos and media demand more space than this, you will need a different model. If 128GB meets your needs, the A516U delivers a 6.5-inch 2400x1080 display, 48MP quad camera and 4500mAh battery in a new, unlocked unit.

Questions about this item

Do I need a separate nano-SIM card to activate service on this GSM-unlocked Galaxy A51 5G?

Yes, the phone is GSM unlocked and requires an active nano-SIM from your carrier to connect to the network.

Will my existing USB-A wall chargers and Micro-USB cables work with the A516U?

No, the A516U uses USB-C for charging and data, so older USB-A chargers need a USB-C cable and Micro-USB cables will not fit.

How can I verify the 48 MP main camera and 32 MP front camera are functioning after setup?

Open the Camera app, switch to the rear lens and select 48 MP mode, then switch to the front lens and take a selfie — both should capture images at the stated resolutions.
