Fully Unlocked 5G Smartphone

This Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G model N981U arrives fully unlocked for use with any compatible carrier. It runs Android 12 with Samsung One UI on a Snapdragon 865+ processor paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display supports HDR and a 2400 x 1080 resolution behind Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Integrated GPS and S Pen functionality complete the core feature set for productivity-focused users.

Network and Power Compatibility Check

Verify that your preferred carrier supports the 5G bands used by the N981U variant before ordering. The included UL-approved power adapter and charging cable are the only accessories supplied; no headphones, SIM card or manual are provided. Confirm your existing USB-C cables and wireless chargers meet the device’s charging specifications. The 4300mAh battery is not user-replaceable, so plan for professional service if capacity degrades over time.

Build Integration and Trade-offs

The bar-style handset fits single-device workflows that rely on the S Pen for note-taking and remote control tasks. Its 128GB storage ceiling suits users who stream media and back up files to cloud services rather than keeping large local libraries. The 60Hz refresh rate display conserves power compared to higher-rate panels but does not offer the smoother motion some gamers prefer. No microSD slot means storage cannot be expanded after purchase.
