Unlocked 5G phone with S Pen

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G N981U is a fully unlocked smartphone that runs Android on a Snapdragon 865 chipset with 8GB of RAM. It offers 128GB of internal storage and includes the signature S Pen for writing and remote control. The Mystic Bronze finish gives the handset a distinctive brown tone.

60Hz display and 4300mAh battery

A 6.7-inch sAMOLED screen operates at a 60Hz refresh rate, balancing smooth visuals with modest power draw. The 4300mAh battery supports a full day of mixed use without demanding constant recharging. Thermal management is handled by the standard vapour-chamber design built into the chassis.

UL-approved charger and no original box

The package includes a UL-approved power adapter and charging cable so the phone can be powered safely out of the box. Headphones, a SIM card and the printed manual are not supplied, and the device ships in generic packaging rather than the original retail box. Buyers who want the complete retail unboxing experience or bundled audio accessories will need to source those separately.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the Note 20 5G N981U and what step do people skip?

Insert a nano-SIM, power on and follow the Android setup wizard; the step most people miss is accepting the 5G network terms before the first software update finishes.

What will need replacement after extended use on this N981U?

The 4300 mAh sealed battery is the only component that degrades with charge cycles; screen or port failures are rare on Grade B units.

What limit appears first during sustained heavy use on the Snapdragon 865 model?

Thermal throttling on the 6.7-inch 60 Hz display kicks in before the 8 GB RAM or 128 GB storage becomes a bottleneck.
