Unlocked Android phone with S Pen

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G N981U is a new, fully unlocked smartphone that runs Android with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. Its 6.7-inch sAMOLED display operates at a 60 Hz refresh rate and the device includes the integrated S Pen for precise input. A 4300 mAh battery powers the Snapdragon 865 chipset and the triple rear camera system.

Best for stylus users on any carrier

Buyers who want a pen-enabled flagship without carrier restrictions will appreciate the unlocked 5G connectivity and S Pen functionality. The 128 GB capacity may limit users who store large media libraries locally and the single SIM slot rules out dual-SIM workflows. Shoppers needing expandable storage, a higher refresh-rate screen or a newer processor generation should consider other models.

128 GB fixed internal storage

The handset provides 128 GB of non-expandable internal storage, which determines how many apps, photos and offline files can be kept on the device. If that capacity fits the intended workload the phone is a direct match; if more space is required the lack of a microSD slot makes this model unsuitable.
