Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G 128GB Mystic Gray

This smartphone delivers 5G connectivity and the signature S Pen experience in a Mystic Gray finish. It runs Android on a Snapdragon 865 chipset with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The 6.7-inch sAMOLED display operates at a 60Hz refresh rate. It suits users who want a large-screen flagship with stylus support on a prepaid plan.

Thermals noise and power

The 4300mAh battery powers the device through typical daily workloads. The handset manages heat during standard use such as browsing, messaging and media playback. No active cooling fans are present, so operation remains silent. Power draw scales with 5G activity, screen brightness and background applications.

Build fit and accessories

A UL approved power adapter and charging cable are included in the box. The unit ships without original packaging, headphones, SIM card or manual. Buyers who need a headphone jack or expandable storage should look elsewhere. The prepaid AT&T lock means the phone will not activate on other carrier networks without unlocking.

Questions about this item

How do I activate the prepaid SIM in this AT&T-only Note 20 N981U?

Insert the AT&T prepaid SIM, power on the phone, then follow the on-screen carrier activation steps; the device is locked to AT&T so the SIM must be from that network.

What will need replacement first with daily use on this Grade B unit?

The 4300mAh battery is the component most likely to need replacement first; Grade B condition means it has already seen some charge cycles.

Which hardware limit appears first during long gaming sessions?

The 60Hz 6.7-inch display caps sustained frame rates, and the Snapdragon 865 will throttle once thermals saturate.
