Compact 5G smartphone

The Samsung Galaxy S20 5G G981U is a bar-style handset with a 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED display running Android 11 with One UI. It ships with 128GB of internal storage and a triple rear camera system that includes a 64-megapixel telephoto lens. The Cosmic Gray unit is sold new without original packaging or accessories.

Single-SIM 5G constraint

The model G981U supports one physical SIM and 5G on networks that have certified this specific variant. Buyers who need dual-SIM standby or a second eSIM profile will find this hardware cannot meet that requirement. Carrier aggregation bands are fixed by the Snapdragon 865 modem and cannot be altered by software.

128GB fixed storage

Internal capacity is 128GB with no microSD expansion slot mentioned in the specifications. Users who shoot 8K video, keep large offline libraries or install many heavy games will reach the limit quickly and cannot add more space later. Cloud backup or regular offloading becomes essential for those workloads.
