Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G 128GB Unlocked

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G G988U is a factory-unlocked Android smartphone with 128 GB of internal storage and a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED display. It ships new in Cosmic Gray and carries an IP68 water-resistance rating. The quad rear camera array is led by a 108 MP primary sensor and supports up to 100X zoom.

Best for photographers on major US carriers

Buyers who want a high-resolution camera system with periscope zoom and a large HDR-capable screen will find this model suitable. It works on Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile and their MVNOs using a Nano SIM. Users who require a microSD slot or a smaller handset should consider other options.

108 MP quad camera with 100X zoom

The defining specification is the rear camera module: a 108 MP main sensor with OIS, a 48 MP telephoto lens with OIS, a 12 MP ultra-wide lens and a 0.3 MP ToF depth sensor. This combination enables the advertised 100X Space Zoom and 8K video recording. If that imaging capability matches your needs, the handset is the right part.
