Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G unlocked smartphone

The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G SM-G998 is an unlocked smartphone with 128 GB storage and 12 GB RAM. It runs Android on a Qualcomm SM8350 Snapdragon 888 octa-core processor at 2.9 GHz. The device features a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with 1440 x 3200 resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate.

Check carrier compatibility and SIM requirements

This model is unlocked for all carriers and uses a single Nano SIM or eSIM. Verify that your network supports the phone's bands and that you have a compatible Nano SIM or an eSIM plan ready. The phone ships new in Phantom Black with Grade B+ cosmetic condition.

Sustained performance under load

The Snapdragon 888 processor and 12 GB RAM maintain high throughput during extended gaming or multitasking sessions. The 120 Hz display automatically adjusts its refresh rate to conserve power when full speed is not needed. A 108 MP main camera and 40 MP front camera handle continuous 8K video capture and high-resolution photo bursts without thermal throttling.
