512GB Unlocked Smartphone for Creators

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra ships new and fully unlocked with 512GB of UFS 4 storage and 12GB of RAM. It runs Android 13 out of the box and is upgradable to Android 14 with One UI 6. The 6.8 inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel delivers a 1440 x 3088 resolution at 120Hz and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2. An integrated S Pen supports writing, drawing and creative work across Samsung Note, Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Sustained Camera and Display Performance

The quad camera system combines a 200MP f/1.7 wide sensor, a 10MP f/4.9 periscope telephoto at 230mm, a 12MP f/2.2 ultrawide and a 10MP f/2.4 telephoto at 70mm. Night Mode uses multi-frame processing to maintain detail in low light without relying on a single short burst. Video Stabilisation keeps footage steady during extended handheld recording sessions. The 120Hz panel maintains its refresh rate during prolonged gaming or scrolling rather than throttling down after a few minutes.

Upgrade Path From Older Flagships

This model replaces a phone that lacks a 200MP sensor, a dedicated periscope lens or an integrated stylus. The jump is worthwhile when you need 512GB of onboard storage for large media libraries and 12GB of RAM for heavy multitasking. Buyers who want more storage than 512GB or who require a microSD slot will not find those options here. The package includes a charging cable but omits the original box, power adapter, headphones, SIM card and manual.
