Unlocked 64 GB smartphone

The Samsung Galaxy S9 SM-G960U arrives factory unlocked with 64 GB of internal storage and a 5.8 in display. It ships new in Midnight Black and operates on Android with an octa-core processor and 4 GB of RAM. A single nano-SIM slot and microSD support handle connectivity and expansion. This prepaid handset suits buyers who want a contract-free device ready for GSM, UMTS and LTE networks.

LTE band constraints

The handset connects through GSM, UMTS and LTE cellular bands but does not support newer 5G networks. Data speeds and coverage depend entirely on the carrier's deployed spectrum and local tower density. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC and USB Type-C provide the remaining wireless and wired links. Buyers who need 5G connectivity or carrier-specific band aggregation should look elsewhere.

12.0 MP camera resolution

A single 12.0 MP rear sensor captures stills and video, while the front-facing camera handles selfies and video calls. Image quality in low light and dynamic range are limited by the sensor size and aperture fixed at launch. The device cannot match multi-lens systems for optical zoom or computational photography features. Shoppers who prioritise advanced mobile photography will find this specification insufficient.
