Galaxy Watch4 Aluminum 40mm LTE

The Samsung Galaxy Watch4 Aluminum 40mm LTE is a smartwatch designed for users who want comprehensive health tracking and phone connectivity on the wrist. It features a round gold aluminum case paired with a sport band for everyday wear.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

This watch suits users who want body composition analysis, ECG monitoring, advanced sleep tracking with continuous SpO2, and automatic workout detection. It also fits those who want to take calls, read texts, and control music without their phone nearby. Buyers who need longer battery life for multi-day tracking without charging or who require built-in offline maps for navigation should consider other options.

Capacity and headroom

The 40mm case size and 0.79 millimeter band width provide a compact fit for smaller wrists, while the 4.53 inch band length offers adjustment room. Onboard sensors handle body composition, heart rhythm, blood oxygen, and VO2 max readings during workouts. LTE connectivity extends phone features when the handset is out of range, though continuous GPS and sensor use will reduce single-charge runtime.
