Compact USB 2.0 flash drive for basic file storage

The SanDisk Cruzer Blade CZ50 is a 32 GB USB 2.0 flash drive with a compact black ABS body weighing 9 g. It includes SanDisk SecureAccess software for private file protection. The drive is certified to CE and FCC standards and operates between -20 °C and +70 °C.

Suits users needing simple portable storage

This drive suits users who want a lightweight, low-capacity stick for moving documents, photos or music between Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7 or Mac OS X 10.1.2+ systems. Buyers who need faster transfer speeds or larger capacities for video editing or system backups should look at something else.

USB 2.0 interface limits transfer speed

The single specification that decides fit is the USB 2.0 interface, which caps real-world throughput well below modern USB 3.0 or 3.1 drives. If your workflow demands rapid large-file copies, this interface will be the bottleneck.
