Pro SDXC card for 8K cinema

The SanDisk Extreme PRO SDXC UHS-II V90 is built for mirrorless and professional DSLR cameras that record 4K, 6K or 8K video. It delivers write speeds up to 300MB/s and sustained minimum video write speeds of 90MB/s with V90-capable devices. Offload speeds also reach 300MB/s to accelerate post-production workflows. The card is IP68 rated for water and dust resistance and survives drops from up to 6 metres.

128GB capacity with high-speed headroom

This 128GB card handles continuous high-bitrate 8K capture without buffer bottlenecks thanks to the 300MB/s write ceiling. Sustained V90 performance guarantees at least 90MB/s for uninterrupted recording. Larger capacities in the same line store up to 286 minutes of 8K at 30 fps or 352 minutes of 4K at 60 fps, showing where this smaller model runs out for long sessions. Buyers needing more recording time must choose a higher-capacity card.

Rugged IP68 build in standard SD form factor

The card measures 0.94 by 1.26 by 0.09 inches and weighs 1.67g, fitting any SDXC slot without adapters. It operates from -25°C to 85°C and survives storage down to -40°C. IP68 sealing and 6-metre drop protection mean it withstands harsh location shoots. No special mounting is required; the standard SDXC interface works directly in compatible cameras and readers.

Questions about this item

Will the 300MB/s write speed work with my older UHS-I camera body?

The card is backwards compatible with UHS-I cameras, but write speeds will be limited to the camera's maximum UHS-I capability rather than the card's 300MB/s rating.

How can I verify the card is delivering the V90 sustained write performance after formatting?

Record 8K or high-bitrate 4K video without dropped frames; the V90 rating guarantees a minimum sustained write speed of 90MB/s in compatible devices.

Does the 128GB card include a UHS-II reader or just the IP68-rated card itself?

Only the memory card is included; a UHS-II card reader must be purchased separately to achieve the 300MB/s offload speeds.
