Direct-Wire Gimbaled Downlight

The Satco S11854 is a 75-watt LED downlight designed for direct-wire installation at 120 volts. Its gimbaled housing allows adjustable aiming for accent or task lighting in kitchens, dining rooms and offices. The fixture is CCT-selectable so the colour temperature can be set to suit the space.

Verify Voltage and Wiring Method

Confirm the circuit supplies 120 volts and that local code permits a direct-wire connection without a separate driver or ballast. The gimbaled mechanism requires adequate plenum clearance for full tilt adjustment. California Proposition 65 notices indicate the product contains chemicals known to cause cancer and reproductive harm.

CCT Selection Replaces Multiple Bulbs

The integrated CCT-selectable engine lets installers choose the desired colour temperature on site, removing the need to stock or swap separate lamps. A rated life of 50,000 hours reduces maintenance cycles in both residential and commercial settings. The black trim provides a clean ceiling appearance.
