Pack of 1000 cable ties

The SatelliteSale SS-ZIP-1000 supplies one thousand black polyamide ties in a single bag. Each tie measures 7.40 inches long, 0.19 inches wide and 0.05 inches thick. The self-locking pawl holds bundles up to a 50 lb tensile rating. The pack is aimed at installers, technicians and hobbyists who need a large quantity of standard-duty fasteners for cable management.

Temperature and UV limits

The nylon material is rated for continuous use from -76 °F to 185 °F and includes UV resistance for outdoor exposure. The plastic pawl lock engages in one direction only, so the tie cannot be released without cutting. The 0.19 inch width fits common cable bundles but cannot accommodate very large conduit or heavy loom. The ties are single-use and leave a small tail after trimming.

Replaces smaller assortments

Buyers who currently purchase mixed-size packs of 100 or 200 pieces gain a uniform 7.40 inch length and a consistent 50 lb rating across the entire supply. The bulk quantity reduces reorder frequency for high-volume wiring jobs. The product does not serve applications requiring releasable straps, metal-tooth locks, coloured coding or lengths shorter than 7.40 inches.

Questions about this item

Should I choose a different pack size or colour for this model?

This product is supplied only as a black 1000-piece pack; no other quantities or colours are offered for the SS-ZIP-1000.

What does the 50 lb tensile strength mean when I use the ties?

Each tie can hold up to 50 lb of pulling force before the lock or strap fails, which is the standard rating for general-purpose bundling.

The ties use a plastic pawl lock — what does that limit in practice?

The pawl allows one-way tightening only; once locked the tie cannot be released and must be cut off for removal.
